  • Cloud hosted storage providers such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud etc.

  • Business software solutions such as Xero, FreshBooks, MYOB etc.

  • IT Security, VPN's & remote access, Wi-Fi network performance optimisation and network security auditing.

  • Password managers, 2 factor authentication.

  • Local and Cloud Based Backup solutions and Disaster Recovery Planning.

  • Troubleshooting issues with performance, error messages, virus removal etc.


IT Support Rates

  • Onsite callout fee - $100 ex gst

  • Hourly rate - $200 ex gst, charged in 15 minute blocks. (1 hour minimum for onsite visits)

  • Weekend rate - $300 ex gst, charged in 30 minute blocks. (1 hour minimum for onsite visits)


Prepaid Packs

These are most popular with businesses that require help regularly and offer a more cost effective option.

  • 5 Hours - $950 ex gst

  • 10 Hours - $1,800 ex gst

  • 20 Hours - $3,500 ex gst


Payment Options

A tax invoice will be emailed to you upon completion of the job, or at the end of each month if regular ongoing work is performed.

Payment is required within 7 days, and can be made using the following methods:

Credit Card: Payment can be online by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Simply click the link in the email to open your invoice, then click the green Pay Now button to pay online.
